Armed bandits in Berbice went on a robbery spree, attacking the occupants of three Canje households in a brazen assault in the wee hours of yesterday.The men who were masked and carried handguns, smashed their way into the home of 20-year-old Sahadeo Wengagloun, approximately an hour after they had raided his neighbour Suresh Sooknanand’s Jabeer Street,Basket Jordan Junior Pas Cher, Cumberland Village residence.According to the police, the men first went to the home of Sooknanand around 00:30 hours where they smashed louvre panes and gained entry.
